Shipping Timelines
- All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement, except on Sundays and public holidays when processing is unavailable.
- Delivery within India takes 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to, operational challenges at the logistics end, or pincode serviceability issues, where delivery might take additional time.
- International delivery timelines vary by destination, with shipping charges applied on an actual basis (see below).
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the order to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number and shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or returns.
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please raise a request within 24 hours by emailing us at melini.comfortwear@gmail.com or calling us at +91 84277-72392 for Proof of Delivery (POD) or resolution.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

COD is available only for eligible orders within India.

For orders above ₹5,000, a mandatory advance payment of ₹300 is required to confirm the order. This amount covers courier charges and will be forfeited in case the shipment is not accepted by the customer.
For orders above ₹10,000, a mandatory advance payment of ₹500 is required to confirm the order under the same terms.

These advance payments are adjusted against the total order value at the time of delivery.

Orders not confirmed with advance payment may be automatically cancelled.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not permitted. Please review your order carefully before confirm.

Shipping Charges
- India: Free shipping on all orders across India above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 may incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
- International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated on an actual basis.
Exchange Shipping Charges
For exchanges on a single order, the following shipping fees apply:
- ₹150 for orders containing up to 2 pieces.
- ₹200 for orders containing more than 2 pieces.
Note: These charges cover return and reshipping costs. Customers are responsible for these fees unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
